Fitness Evaluation

The first step in starting your Personal Training at Function Factory is the Fitness Evaluation.  This gives us the opportunity to learn more about you, your goals, your past exercise history, your injury history, and any current aches or pains your are experiencing.

We will take you through a thorough 50-60 minute movement assessment where we identify physical limitations, including biomechanical issues, such as, a lack of mobility, balance, or strength. These are key factors that can or may already lead to pain and injury and can keep you from achieving your goals and ideal success. We use your evaluation as the foundation for your training program.
